The Roanoker Magazine Top Docs Contest is a biennial polling event held by the magazine to find the area’s most renowned medical providers. In order to determine the best doctors in the Roanoke Valley, nurses in Roanoke zip codes are asked to share their opinions on area medical providers. In a poll that included 45 medical specialties, medical professionals filled out their ballots anonymously, listing one medical provider per category.
The Roanoker Magazine compiled the results for the July/August edition. While there are many excellent healthcare providers in the Roanoke Valley, these providers have gone above and beyond to earn the trust of their peers in the medical community. The Roanoker Magazine believes that the Top Doc contest allows the Roanoke Valley community to stay informed about the high quality medical providers in the area so that they can make educated and informed decisions about their care. We are incredibly pleased to be recognized as one of the best!
Dr. Paul Lenkowski is a board certified otolaryngologist and an accomplished head, neck, and sinus surgeon. Dr. Lenkowski earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University, and went on to receive his M.D. and Ph.D as part of the Medical Scientist Training Program at University of Virginia. He completed his Otolaryngology Residency at University of Iowa. When not at the office, he enjoyed spending time with his wife and three kids, exploring, and training for and running marathons.
